The Resort Group PLC have developed a proven investment model which allows its investors to start earning immediately on their capital invested. The 755 Property Options offers long-term guaranteed returns for new investors. A 7% assured return is paid until completion, then a 5% Guaranteed Net Rental Yield is paid for the duration of the rental programme, or a 50% share of the net room revenue, whichever is greater. A structured exit strategy allows for a 5-year resale option, which means The Resort Group PLC will commit to market the property 5 years after investment has been made.
