All of payment options also offer an annual “Special Discount” which is payable on a monthly basis during construction. This is correspondent to 3% per annum of the initial 45% investment value.
That means, your net purchase price will be further reduced and you will be receiving a return on your investment through the construction process – an added benefit of buying off-plan.
The Special Discount is paid in monthly instalments for a period of 3 years or until the completion of the property, whichever occurs first.
